Object Terminal “Antaeus” AS006K and AS006KD “Drozd”

Being a part of transmitting system “Antaeus” this equipment is designed for central guard of domestic/industrial premises and prevention of infiltration and fire. This goal is achieved by monitoring of system loops with installed alarm/fire annunciators and by sending alarm messages to the central surveillance console.

The messages are sent through one or two telephone lines. The data format if ADEMCO ID Contact.

OTs, providing guard of nearby objects located in one building, are united in one logical group transmitting messages to each other. Such a solution much increases the reliability and the “vitality” of the security system. Besides when uniting OTs into one local groups certain units of such a group may be used for guarding objects lacking a telephone.

The interacting of OTs within one local group does not require additional channels. The exchange of information is done through the electrical network (220V) by specially coded signals.

In case of alarm/fire annunciator’s response, pressing of help button and other events OT sends a message to CSC on the telephone. If OT cannot make an alarm call by itself (because of deliberate/accidental line fault or equipment break) the message is sent through electrical network to another OT within the group which forwards it to the CSC. Moreover, CSC will receive an alarm message about OT failure even if it fails completely.

The characteristics of the system loops:

 The mode of each zone is set individually when programming the equipment. Each zone may be programmed as buffer zone, fire zone, zone of sending emergency calls or control zone. Connection of any type of annunciator is allowable including loop-powered.

OT supports programmable delay (0…255s) at the input/output.

OT supports up to 9 different user passwords and 9 remote controls’ codes (AS006K)/9 electronic keys’ codes (AS006KD). One can also use password for enforced disengaging of alarm system, in this case CSC receives a discrete message.

Mode and status indication are achieved by connecting remote indicator (light-emitting diode) to OT. Besides it’s possible to connect a light-indicator or sound annunciator with more capacity to the installed relay. OT has got a flexible multifunctional relay. One can also set a mode for monitoring telephone line (with the  help of transmitting system “Phobos”).

OT is powered through electric network (220V), the maximum wattage is 10 W. OT has got a backup power supply (a battery), OT receives a message from the CSC if primary power supply fails. OT has got a 12 V outlet powering external devices (light/sound annunciators) the total current of which must not exceed 250 mA.

OT must be run at a temperature +1 - +40C, the relative humidity is up to 90% at the temperature 25% (hardness group 4 according to GOST 15150 69). The maximum OT size if 154x111x45mm, maximum weight is 0.5 kg.
